Monarch Hair & Beauty opened in 1998. Ivan King, the founder, has been in the trade since 1969, and, collectively, the staff at Monarch have over 100 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.

We have the largest cash & carry in the area which is air conditioned for your comfort. We strive to give all our customers a different and varied choice, not just the usual brands which you would expect to see although if you visit us you will see over 14,000 lines, many of which are available exclusively from Monarch.

We can offer our clients a complete service from a Rep to call on you with free delivery and free, in salon, technical advice on our exclusive lines.

We launched the Indola brand in Swindon and are now proud to say we are the largest independent supplier in the country.

We have a training school, The Berkeley Academy, which was opened by celebrity stylist Andrew Collinge. The Academy is designed to refresh and motivate the talented hairdressers and Beauty Therapists that want to further their career with the latest skills and ideas.
